How to turn off the focused inbox in Outlook.com?
When you send and receive emails via Outlook.com online, you will get the Focused Inbox automatically as below screenshot shown. Some users may not get used to it and want to turn it off. Here, I will show the solution for you.
Turn off the focused inbox in Outlook.com
Although Microsoft has recently announced the availability of Office 2019 to commercial users, many businesses will stick with Office 2016 (and thus Outlook 2016) for some time to come. The mailbox should now be available. The folders are listed alphabetically. The 'Focussed Inbox' feature is turned on by default in Outlook 2016. You can turn this off or on by clicking on the View Tab, then clicking the Show Focused Inboxbutton. Please follow below steps to turn off the Focused Inbox from the Outlook.com online.
Office 2016 For Mac Turn Off Focused Mailbox Office 365
After logging on the Outlook.com, please (1) open the Inbox folder, (2) click the Filter drop-down above the message list, and (3) click the Show Focused Inbox to erase the check mark before it. See screenshot:
